Sasol is inviting applications for its HR Novices Internship Programme 2026 in Sasolburg. This 12-month internship is designed for young graduates who hold a post-matric qualification in Human Resources and are looking to gain practical workplace experience.
This opportunity forms part of Sasol’s Group Rewards & Human Capital Solutions division and offers hands-on exposure within the Learning and Development function.

As an HR Intern at Sasol, you will gain valuable experience in training coordination, learning administration, stakeholder engagement, and HR systems support.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be involved in:
• Planning, scheduling and managing bookings for internal and external training courses
• Coordinating training events and related logistics
• Maintaining accurate training records, archiving and filing systems in line with company processes
• Capturing training history and ensuring proper document control
• Engaging with stakeholders, including client-facing support and meetings
• Performing multi-functional training administrative duties
• Administering learning programmes on SAP LSO and T@W LMS in line with Energy Business IM and HR standards
• Assisting with reporting and learning analytics
Minimum Requirements
Education:
• High School Diploma (Matric) plus a post-matric qualification in Human Resources or related field
Experience:
• No prior work experience required (0+ years)
