Duties And Responsibilities
Graduate trainees will be involved in a wide range of operational activities, including:
- Assisting with the management of cleaning operations across multiple client sites
- Supporting supervisors with staff scheduling, task allocation and quality control
- Participating in audits and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Learning operational systems, reporting tools and service level agreement management
- Assisting with budgeting, cost control and financial reporting
- Attending client meetings and supporting the resolution of queries
