This graduate programme is designed to expose you to various aspects of HR within a fast-paced FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment. Over the course of the programme, you’ll develop your skills in areas like:

Key Responsibilities
You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to real HR operations such as:
- Assisting with the recruitment process
- Supporting employee relations communications
- Coordinating onboarding for new hires
- Assisting with BBBEE & SOX audit preparations
- Supporting the company’s learnership & graduate programmes
- Administering training & maintaining HR records
- Contributing to internal engagement and culture-building activities
What You Need to Apply
Minimum Requirements:
- A BCom degree (Honours is advantageous) in one of the following:
- Human Resources
- Industrial Psychology
- Labour Law or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- A willingness to learn and take initiative
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
