POSITION OVERVIEW:
An exciting live-in opportunity for an experienced General Manager to lead a lodge in Bela Bela. You’ll oversee all lodge operations, drive revenue, manage expenses, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Your leadership will be key in maintaining the lodge’s reputation as a premier destination.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Relevant qualification in hospitality management or related field.
• Extensive experience in operations management, particularly in property and insurance compliance.
• Proven leadership skills and a strong industry network.
• Experience in HR management and wage negotiations.
