About the Programme:
Successful candidates will receive both structured institutional training and on-the-job practical experience. This learnership is designed to build technical knowledge while developing essential workplace skills, preparing learners for a career within Eskom and the broader energy industry.
Minimum Requirements:
– Fully completed S4 or S5 qualification in one of the following fields:
• Electrical / Power Electronics
• Chemical
• Civil
• Mechanical
• Electronics

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a team
– Negotiation and liaising skills
– Integrity, professionalism and customer focus
– Energetic, self-motivated and proactive
