Enterprise Sales Consultant at Smart Technology Centre

The Enterprise Sales Consultant position is focused on solution selling to new customers across multiple industries and verticals. Your primary function is to drive revenue and enhance Smart Technology’s reputation as a Valued Service Provider (VSP) in the ICT/ISP sector.

Responsibilities

Identifies new business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analysing sales options.
Solution selling is a bi-product of fostering excellent relationships understanding your customers’ requirements and recommending best-fit solutions.
Maintains professional relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending Return on Investment (RoI) and service enhancements.
Identifies connectivity and networking improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offers.
Delivers outstanding customer service by establishing and reflecting S.M.A.R.T standards.
Contributes to team objectives by displaying a healthy can-do attitude and sustained effort.
Achieve the agreed set target by sourcing new business/ generating own leads.

Qualifications

Performance: Meeting and exceeding monthly/ quarterly sales and revenue goals.
Sales Skills: Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies, negotiation skills, and closing skills.
Customer Service Skills: Highly motivated and goal oriented, with a focus on delivering superior customer service.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Internet Access, Managed Services and Cloud as a Service (CaaS) and Technology solutions.
Business Acumen: Understands business implications of decisions, aligns work with strategic goals, and able to analyse sales reports and financial data.
IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Pipeline and Sales CRM knowledge would be advantageous.
Minimum Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum Experience: 3 -5 years of sales experience in a related field, with experience in business-to-business sales preferred.
