Mancosa Customer Management Learnership (BankSETA) – Durban
Mancosa has opened applications for its Customer Management Learnership (BankSETA funded), offering unemployed South African youth the opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience in the financial services sector. This 12-month learnership will be based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal and is set to commence on 1 March 2026.
Learnership Overview
Successful applicants will be placed in one of the following departments, depending on their qualification and suitability:
Credit
Insurance
Sales
Learning and Development
This structured learnership combines practical workplace exposure with on-the-job learning, allowing participants to develop essential customer management and financial sector skills.
Duration
The learnership runs for a period of 12 months, with learners required to commit fully for the duration of the programme.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
A completed qualification with a finance major
No previous work experience is required, although experience in a financial environment will be an added advantage
Key Competencies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic understanding of financial concepts
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Good problem-solving abilities
Professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Stipend
A market-related stipend will be paid for the duration of the learnership.

Must be between 18 and 35 years old
