Position: Communication Call Centre Assistant
Start date: Sept/Oct 2023
We have an exciting opportunity to join our professional and dynamic estate agency in Durbanville, Cape Town. As part of our target-driven team, the successful candidate will be responsible for making telephone appointments for our agents and handling general administration, canvassing, and cold calling to support the sales process. The successful candidate must be focused, able to multitask and work well under pressure to meet targets.
Requirements:
– A minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling & telephone canvassing
– Matric qualification
– Strong administration skills
– Data-capturing abilities
– Fluent in Afrikaans & English
– Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
The position offers a basic salary, commission, and incentives*
