Coca-Cola Beverages Africa: Ascend – Leaders in Training Programme Now Open

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) is offering an exciting opportunity for graduates to join its Ascend – Leaders in Training Programme. This initiative is designed to develop future leaders who are ready to make an impact in one of Africa’s largest and most dynamic FMCG organisations.

CCBA is the eighth-largest Coca-Cola bottler globally by revenue and the largest in Africa. The group services more than 800,000 customers, employs over 14,000 people and operates in 14 countries, including South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Mozambique, Namibia, Tanzania, Botswana, Zambia, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Comoros and Mayotte.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications:
• Minimum of an undergraduate degree completed within the past two years.

Experience:

• Proficiency in MS Office and strong English communication skills.
