Internship Overview – Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Centre Intern, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers
- Capturing and influencing telesales orders
- Communicating with customers via email and telephone
- Collaborating with various internal departments
- Delivering consistent, high-quality customer service
This internship provides a well-rounded understanding of customer engagement, sales processes, and operational systems in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this internship, candidates must:
- Have a National Diploma (NQF 6) or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Have less than 1 year of full-time work experience after graduation
- Be willing to work in an area where skills are needed
- Have a valid driver’s licence
- Have reliable transport
- Be open to working flexible hours, as required by the role
