The Civil Aviation Authority is recruiting now for the internships – which run for between one and two years. If you are recent graduate you are invited to apply for one of these internships.
General Administration
- Prepare documents
- Collate information for reporting
- Package documentation required for meetings and other departmental engagements
- Circulate required information and documentation throughout the department and keep accurate record thereof
- Receive and relay documentation and information to applicable recipients in the department
- Develop and maintain a proper filing system to ensure accurate retrieval of information as and when required
- Screen, classify and record documents for easy access and tracking
- Coordinate functions and meetings for the department
- Ensure all documents are properly filed
- Any adhoc duties as required from time to time
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Basic to intermediate skills in MS Office

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 and
- National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in the following: Administration; Business Management; Business Administration; Communication Science; Computer Sciences; Customer Service Management; Human Resources Management; Organisational Psychology; Information Technology; International Relations; Law; Marketing; Office Administration/Management; Public Administration/Management; Project Management; Public Relations management; Social Sciences or related field.
