This funded Call Centre Learnership offers unemployed youth a chance to gain in-demand customer service and BPO skills, with a monthly stipend of R4 500. Over a structured 10-month programme—four months of classroom theory followed by six months of on-the-job practical training—learners will master essential competencies such as phone etiquette, effective communication, and troubleshooting, while becoming proficient in call-centre systems and processes.

By programme end, you’ll have a solid foundation in BPO operations and the confidence to excel in any customer-centric role.
The Learnership is based in Bellville, Cape Town.
