There’s an opportunity to join a 12-month Contact Centre and Business Process Outsourcing Support Learnership programme that is being run by the College of Cape Town. You only need grade 10 to be able to qualify.
The College of Cape Town is running a Contact Centre and Business Process Outsourcing Support Learnership programme at NQF Level 3.
This full funded 12 month Learnership study opportunity is open to interested unemployed youth.
Who Should Apply?
This qualification is intended for person who have experience in the Contact Centre and/or Business Process Outsourcing or who wish to join the industry.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification at NQF Level 2, Grade 10 pass or higher
- Basic computer skills
- Unemployed (affidavit)
- Between the ages of 18 and 34
- Must NOT currently be studying anywhere or owing College of Cape Town outstanding fees.
- Willing to travel to Gardens Campus 5 days a week from 08:00 to 16:00 to attend classes
- Must not have participated in a Learnership programme before
- Travel allowance (Stipend) will be allocated
