About The RCL Foods Baking Learnership
RCL Foods is offering a 12-month Baking Learnership to five successful learners. The programme includes structured mentorship and coaching, giving learners practical exposure to the full baking process.
This is a SETA-accredited learnership, and learners who successfully complete the programme will receive a formal qualification endorsed by SAQA.
Learners will gain practical workplace experience that meets both RCL Foods and SETA requirements throughout the duration of the learnership.

Minimum Requirements For The Baking Learnership
To be considered for the RCL Foods Baking Learnership, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification with Hospitality Studies and Mathematical Literacy.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office, will be an advantage.
