AVBOB, in partnership with INSETA, is offering an exciting opportunity for unemployed South Africans through its 12-month Long-Term Insurance Learnership Programme (NQF Level 4, 140 credits). This structured programme combines theoretical training from an accredited provider with practical workplace experience, giving you the skills and knowledge needed to build a successful career in the insurance industry.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be willing to work at one of AVBOB’s offices across various provinces.
- Possess a valid Matric certificate.
- Have completed English and either Mathematics, Maths Literacy or Accounting in Matric.
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35 years old.
- Must not have previously participated in any learnership programme.
- Must not be registered for studies at another institution.
- Have a reliable mode of transportation.
- A smartphone or laptop will be an advantage.
- Possess excellent communication and computer skills (MS Office, email, internet).
- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Be a South African citizen.
Additional Information:
Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of the learnership. Placement of learners will be determined by AVBOB based on business needs.
