Heineken Beverages is offering an exciting Apprenticeship Programme opportunity at its Centre of Excellence Workshop within the Supply Chain division. The successful candidate will report directly to the Workshop Manager and will receive hands-on technical training designed to build a career as a qualified Millwright (Fitter & Turner).

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the structured Millwright Apprenticeship Training Programme.
- Gain practical and theoretical experience in fitting and turning.
- Deliver high-quality work and maintain attention to detail.
- Perform assigned workshop duties safely and efficiently.
Skills and Competencies Required:
- Strong technical and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
Minimum Educational Requirements:
- Matric with Mathematics and Physical Science.
- N2 Certificate in Engineering Studies with relevant Mechanical Trade Theory (certified copy required).
Additional Requirements:
- Own reliable transport.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Flexibility to work at various Heineken Beverages plants or facilities.
