About the Internship
This 12-month internship is ideal for graduates who are detail-oriented, organised and passionate about delivering excellent service. Interns will form part of the MDS team and play a key role in supporting sales creation through effective administrative and operational support.
The programme is fully office-based and provides hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of the Agreements Support function.
Minimum Requirements
• A relevant NQF Level 6 Business-related tertiary qualification
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential
• Proficiency in Afrikaans is an advantage
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Duties and Responsibilities
During the internship, successful candidates will assist the Agreements Support team with a range of administrative and operational tasks, including:
• Establishing and maintaining accurate filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
• Preparing scheduled reports as required
• Capturing, updating and maintaining information on relevant databases
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping for various applications and processes
Interns will also be expected to:
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve client service and ensure fair treatment of clients
• Contribute to a culture of best practice, teamwork and continuous improvement
