Key Responsibilities
Learners will gain experience in several key areas, including:

Attending and engaging in all required learning and training interventions.
Providing support to customers and internal teams to maintain performance standards.
Completing administrative tasks such as tracking progress and reporting.
Working sales leads to meet productivity and performance targets.

Maintaining confidentiality of client information and adhering to compliance requirements.
FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements
This role is subject to FAIS Fit and Proper requirements, which include:
An FSCA-approved qualification.
Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5), which is an added advantage.
Product-specific training and class of business training once onboarded.
Ongoing continuous professional development.
Honesty, integrity and good standing in line with FAIS regulations.
Minimum Education Requirements
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
A Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting.
A National Senior Certificate (Matric).
