Absa is inviting recent, unemployed graduates to apply for its PPB COO Graduate Internship Programme, a 12-month opportunity designed to help young professionals launch their careers in a high-performance, innovation-driven environment.
This graduate internship offers hands-on, structured workplace learning within Absa’s Personal and Private Banking Chief Operating Office (PPB COO), one of the bank’s most strategic and impactful business areas.
About the Graduate Internship Programme

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must have completed an NQF Level 7 qualification or higher in one of the following fields:

- BCom Informatics
- Project Management
- Business Analysis
Work Experience
Previous work experience will be an advantage but is not required.
