We’re Urgently seeking Supervisor – Call Centre Agents – 6 Months Contract – Centurion.
The purpose is to Manage the customer support team ensuring the development and delivery of a high quality and efficient customer service operation that limits reputation damage and meets the needs of the customer in line with business objectives, standards, and regulatory requirements. The role of a customer support supervisor requires excellent listening and communication skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage , coordinate, and track the customer service team activities to achieve agreed plans, targets, and objectives.
Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
Loading, processing, and confirmation of customer payment request.
Onboarding new Customers on various internal systems.
Always ensure service excellence and client satisfaction with all client products.
Providing back-up support to fellow administration team as and when required.
Highly adaptable, shows initiative, customer focused and a team player.
Reliable and ability to work without close supervision.
Prior work experience in a fast-paced environment essential.
Must work well under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
• Absolute passion for ensuring a great customer experience with every contact.
• Good oral and communication skills.
Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Full MS Office package.
Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software.
Available to work overtime when required.
Qualifications
Matric • National diploma/Degree advantageous .
3+ years relevant experience managing staff in customer support/ call centre environment. Punctual.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service agent.
Track record of over-achieving quotas and targets.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
MUST have SUPERVISOR customer service experience !!!
MUST have a CLEAR credit and criminal record!!!
