We are seeking a mature experienced and highly motivated Technical Manager to oversee and manage a large team of technicians specializing in alarm systems, CCTV, gate motors, and access control services and installations. This role requires an individual with a robust electrical background, particularly in CCTV and alarm systems, and a proven track record in team management. Must reside in or around Springs.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
Project Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all installation and service projects.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations and services meet industry standards and client specifications.
Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the technical team.
Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all team activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Electrical Background: Extensive experience and knowledge in electrical systems, particularly CCTV and alarm systems.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in alarm, CCTV, gate motor, and access control systems.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a large technical team effectively.
Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills.
Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
