TD Markets is looking for Client Onboarding Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging a global client base of TD Markets to assist in the onboarding of those clients.
Responsibilities:
· The Client Onboarding Specialist is in charge of the processing of the clients’ documents at onboarding and to assist the client with any queries regarding their application.
· This role entails execution of day-to-day operations and controls within the given timeframe.
· Initiate specific workflows within the designated application upon receipt of requests and or tickets.
· Preparing client for assistance by Client Success Specialist
· Perform above tasks accurately within the given time frame/ deadline.
· Perform at the end-of-day self-control on own-data input for accuracy and completeness.
· Professionally respond to emails and telephone requests of internal stakeholders
· Perform tasks which conform to policies, procedures and guidelines.
Maintain delivery of a high-quality service level to clients and other departments ensuring all queries are dealt with in a professional manner and escalating where appropriate.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Matric (Grade 12)
· Not more than 1-year previous work experience is preferable.
· Proficient in Microsoft office
· Have strong proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills including verbal and written English
Have good planning and time management skills (multitasking on daily basis)
· Has high level of attention to detail and accuracy
· Manage time efficiently, meeting goals, and working effectively
· Ability to learn, think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment
· Promote the best interests of clients by adhering to the core company values of Transparency and Diversity as well as the framework of TCF policies.
Salary:
· A stipend of R5 000p/m
