Ford Young Professional Programme – South Africa
Ford South Africa is inviting applications for its Young Professional Programme, a development opportunity designed for graduates who are ready to start their careers in a dynamic, global organisation.
There are two streams available – either Communications or Finance.
1) Communications Young Professional Programme – Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the Ford Young Professional Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Applicants must have successfully completed a BA in Communications with a minimum overall average of 65%.
Only graduates who have fully completed their qualification will be considered. Students who are still studying or awaiting results are not eligible to apply.
Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
Required Application Documents
Applications will only be considered if they are complete and include all of the following documents:
• A detailed CV
• A certified copy of your ID document
• A copy of your Matric certificate
• Copies of all university academic transcripts
• Qualification certificate(s)

2) Ford Finance Young Professional Programme – South Africa
Ford South Africa is currently accepting applications for its Finance Young Professional Programme. This opportunity is aimed at qualified graduates who want to gain valuable workplace experience within a leading global automotive company.
The programme is designed to help young professionals build practical finance and accounting skills while working in a structured, professional environment.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Ford Finance Young Professional Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Applicants must have successfully completed a relevant degree with a minimum overall average of 65%.
Only candidates who have completed their studies will be considered. Applicants who are still studying or awaiting final results will not be eligible.
Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35.

Qualifications
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Internal Auditing, Financial Accounting, Accounting or a Postgraduate qualification in Accounting. A postgraduate qualification will be considered advantageous.
