Bosch is offering an exciting learnership opportunity for unemployed young people who are eager to gain practical workplace experience and a recognised qualification. A total of 25 positions are available for the National Certificate: Production Technology NQF Level 2.

Learnership Responsibilities
Successful applicants will be expected to:
- Commit to the full 12-month duration of the learnership
- Carry out duties in line with the learnership programme agreement
- Adhere to Bosch’s principles, values, policies and procedures
- Follow all instructions provided by supervisors and trainers
- Maintain a positive attitude towards learning and development
- Participate in all required theoretical learning and workplace experience
Minimum Educational Requirements
- Matric certificate with Mathematics and English as passed subjects
Learnership Requirements
- No prior work experience required
- Must reside in or around the Brits area
- South African citizen aged between 18 and 35 years
- Must not have participated in a learnership programme before
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
