SPAR Learnership Programmes2026/27 Now Open for Applications
The SPAR Group has opened applications for two Learnership Programme
1) National Certificate: Transport Operations (NQF Level 5). This opportunity is available at the SPAR North Rand Distribution Centre and is aimed at unemployed youth seeking skills development in the logistics and transport sector.
About the SPAR Transport Operations Learnership
This learnership will run for a period of 12 months, during which successful candidates will receive structured training and practical workplace experience in transport and distribution operations.
A total of 20 learners will be selected and placed at the SPAR North Rand Distribution Centre for the duration of the programme.
2) National Certificate: Supply Chain Management L5
The successful candidates will be based at the SPAR North Distribution Centre for a period of twelve (12) months. The total number of learners to be placed on the learnership is fifty.
Minimum Requirements for the Learnerships
To be considered for the SPAR Learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Have a Grade 12 certificate.
- Be currently unemployed.
- Not be registered for or studying towards another qualification.
- Be between the ages of 18 and 34.
